SPRING PREVIEW ON THE PROMENADE NOW
No need to wait for the crocuses, the Promenade garden is blooming right now thanks to the Promenade Partnership volunteers and their leader, gardener Jonathan Landsman.
Last year, the Partnership planted a new variety of hellebore (aka Lenten rose); the flowers face upward so you don’t have to get down on your hands and knees to admire them. You’ll find these beauties between Pierrepont St. and Clark St., near the “thunderbird”.
As for those slug-a-bed crocuses, they’re beginning to pop up now… hundreds upon hundreds of them, to be followed by thousands upon thousands of tulips, all thanks to the hard-working Promenade Partnership volunteers. Please show your support. Email them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
