Posted: Apr 23, 2011 10:56 AM Post Subject: Tobacco WarehouseI've been following the Tobacco Warehouse Court Case and recently read of the court injunction halting any work on the Warehouse that St. Ann's had been preparing to do. This of course is a victory for BHA. Not being a lawyer or legal scholar, though, I'm curious if City and/or NPS officials could overcome their recent legal setback by invoking Eminent Domain? Any lawyers or individuals out there more versed in the law than I please feel free to comment. Thanks.
